Vendor Registration
We welcome the opportunity for vendors to attend and participate at our seminars and conventions. The cost for vendors is $200 which includes skirted table(s), convention registration, and food that is included in the daytime seminar schedule. Vendor Registration does not include Saturday evening meal/entertainment events, but can be purchased separately.
Our seminar/convention schedules are generally as follows:
Spring Seminar - This is a one-day seminar in April of each year. Format is Registration/Continental Breakfast (8:00 - 9:00 a.m.), Speaker(s) (9:00 - 12 noon), Buffet Lunch (12 noon - 1:30 p.m.), Speaker(s) (1:30 - 4:30).
Annual Fall Convention - This is a two-day convention held in September/October of each year. Saturday format is Registration/Continental Breakfast (8:00 - 9:00 a.m.), Speaker(s) (9:00 - 12 noon), buffet lunch (12 noon - 1:30 p.m.), Annual General Meeting/NCRA address/installation of officers (1:30 - 4:30 p.m.). We generally will have a social function on Saturday night. Sunday format is Continental Breakfast (8:00 - 9:00 a.m.), Speaker(s) (9:00 - 12 noon).
