Disciplinary Matters The ASRA has in place a Discipline Committee to deal with matters which may arise from time to time. If the recipient of a transcript is not satisfied with the product or the service of one of our members, they are encouraged to express their complaint in writing, at which time the matter will be forwarded to the Discipline Committee for review.  The ASRA is proud of the high standards it has set and makes every effort to maintain those standards. through educating our members and providing opportunities for their continued education. We are committed to doing our utmost to assist the administration of justice in the Province of Alberta. Guidelines for disciplinary action are codified in the Professional and Occupational Associations Registration Act.  The sections specifically relating to disciplinary action are set out below Disciplinary Guidelines
