Continuing Education   Continuing Education is a very important part of the Alberta Shorthand Reporters Association.  All Certified Shorthand Reporters are required to earn 30 continuing education credits during each three-year period.  The ASRA annually sponsors a Spring Seminar and a Fall Convention.  Continuing Education opportunities are also available through the National Court Reporters Association and colleges and universities throughout the country.    The continuing education year runs from January 1 - December 31.
